Delete your Tellura account

In the app

1. Open the Me tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account and data.
3. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, and the app starts over with a new, empty guest account.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app and you signed in with Google, write to vlntn.nzrnko@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Tellura account”, from the email address you signed in with. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

A guest account (if you never signed in) is not linked to your name or email, so without the app we cannot tell which guest account was yours.

What is deleted

Your account and everything linked to it on our server:

• your email and name, if you signed in
• your settings and interests
• saved places, places you listened to and your progress
• your ratings of places and walks
• feedback you sent
• usage statistics recorded for your account
• purchase records (purchase token, order id, product and time); the payment itself stays with Google Play, and the earlier one-time Tbilisi unlock can be restored on a new account with “Restore purchase” and the same Google Play account

The app also clears this data on your phone. Downloaded walks stay on the phone until you remove the app.

What is kept

Crash reports, which do not contain your account id, stay with Sentry until they expire, up to 90 days.
